Dear Valued KEP Customers,

Korea Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. (KEP) would like to provide final notice of the restructuring efforts to transform the Company. Celanese, MGC and KEP announced the completion of the restructuring transaction on April 1, 2022.

As previously announced, KEP will now focus solely on manufacturing and supplying high quality products to its shareholders, who will independently market them globally and without competitive restrictions. Our customers can be supplied all KEP’s product’s through both shareholders after restructuring effective April 1, 22, with Celanese and Korea Polyacetal Co., Ltd. (KPAC), a wholly owned MGC entity, now having equal access to KEP’s brands / products with 50% of off-take volume.

Celanese and KPAC commercial team members will be your sales companies for KEP products now, with some key contract information below.
